As the Chinese Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holidays approach, Hongzhou Smart officially announces the 2026 holiday schedule as follows:
I. Holiday & Work Arrangement
✅ Mid-Autumn Holiday: September 25 – September 27, 2026 (3 days)
✅ Normal Working Days: September 28 – September 30, 2026 (3 days)
✅ National Day Holiday: October 1 – October 5, 2026 (5 days)
✅ Resume Work: October 6, 2026 (Tuesday)
II. Production & Business Notice
During the holidays, our self-service kiosk factory will suspend all production, assembly, testing and shipment. Order scheduling, product delivery, pickup services and email replies will be temporarily delayed. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the holiday shutdown.
For urgent matters, please contact your account manager directly. We will respond as promptly as possible during the holiday period.
III. Festival Blessings
